Suzanna has the highest position of only three Cape Verdean acts to appear in the list. Most other artists are from the Americas. Daddy Yankee holds the number one position, Aventura is second and Elvis Crespo third.

The All Time Latin Top 100 is compiled for the occasion of the yearly Rotterdam Caribbean Summer Carnival, which takes place this weekend.

In the meantime, Suzanna’s new single ‘Taxi’ is doing well in a number of charts in Africa and the Netherlands. ‘Taxi’ appears on the new CD/DVD ‘Saida’. Suzanna’s two songs in the Latin Top 100, ‘Tudo Pa Bo’ and ‘Nha Sonho’, are also included on the DVD of ‘Saida’.

Suzanna will sing both new songs like Saida and Sumara as well as old hits like Nha Sonho and Tudo Pa Bo.

Later this summer, Suzanna will give more performances in Cape Verde, including the Santa Maria Festival on the island of Sal.

Last night Suzanna performed two songs at a radio show on National Radio 1 in the Netherlands: Distancia and Silencio. She was accompanied by Erik Rutjes on guitar.

Coming friday, July 25, Suzanna will perfom at the Santa Cruz Festival on the island of Santiago, Cape Verde.
