New music video shot

Yesterday, February 16, Suzanna’s new music video was shot in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is the video of Festa Mascarado, the title track of Suzanna’s upcoming fifth solo album. ‘Click here for a Dutch language report of the video shoot’.
The setting of the video is a Masquerade Ball. The music video includes Timor Steffens, who gained popularity in the Netherlands with his participation in the TV Show ‘So you think you can dance.’
The video and single will be released on March 2.

New single coming up

March 2 will see the release of Suzanna’s new single and music video. The song, entitled “Festa Mascarado”, is the title track of Suzanna’s upcoming fifth solo album.
“Festa Mascarado”, which means Masquerade Ball or Bal Masqué, is written by Suzanna Lubrano and the Heavy Weights (Melvin Sparkman and Marcus Allen), who are also responsible for the production of Suzanna’s “Pensa Na Mi”, which will also appear on the new album.
The new single is a Zouk/R&B track.
The new album will mostly contain Zouk as well as other Latin music styles such as Bachata.

Suzanna to return to Dakar

On April 18, 2009, Suzanna will return to Dakar, Senegal, for a live show. The venue will be announced shortly.
Other 2009 shows will be announced soon as well. Suzanna is expected to perfom in Angola, Mozambique, Europe and will have an album release event in the US.
