August 11 will see the official release of a special edition double disc album of Festa Mascarado in the United States. Today, the album is already on sale with Amazon.Com, while a limited number of specialised music shops in New England will have an exclusive pre-sale starting August 5.

This special US edition of Festa Mascarado is a two disc album, both discs containing 11 songs. Disc 1 includes all 11 tracks of the regular Festa Mascarado album, disc 2 includes 11 tracks of last year’s Saida album.
Most songs are Zouk or R&B, added with some Bachata and Batuku flavours. The album features the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, Dre Robinson and Buddha Monk and includes cooperations with Kassav ’s Jacob Desvarieux, Ronald Rubinel, Dominican producer Rafa Payan, Spanish multi-instrumentalist Marcos Fernadez and many more.

Early September, Suzanna Lubrano will perform in Brazil. Shows are already scheduled in Sao Paulo (Septemer 3), Rio de Janeiro (September 4) and Belo Horizonte (September 5) and possibly Brasilia (September 6).

This friday, July 10, Suzanna Lubrano will perform at the World Club in Paris, France. Suzanna will perform both recent songs such as Festa Mascarado and Taxi, as well as classics like Tudo Pa Bo, Nha Sonho and Rezervan.
Suzanna is also expected to do some duets with Beto Dias for the first time in many years, including Nos Dos.

This saturday, July 4, Suzanna Lubrano will perform during a major Zouk-Lambada dance event, which takes place in the Lucent Danstheater in The Hague, Netherlands.
Some of the best Zouk dancers from Brazil and elsewhere will come to The Hague for this extraordinary event. There will be workshops throughout the day, while you can enjoy watching dance performances in the evening (on stage in the theatre) and spend hours dancing yourself after the show.
